A Privacy Policy for Morrisson Nordmann Wealth Management.
We value your privacy
Last updated: September 29, 2025
Morrison Nordmann Wealth Management, LLC (“Morrison Nordmann,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) governs the privacy of users who choose to visit and use www.morrisonnordmann.com.
This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using the Site, you agree to the practices described here.
We collect minimal information to run our website, respond to inquiries, analyze usage, and—if you opt in—send emails. We never sell your personal information. You can opt out of analytics cookies, unsubscribe from emails, and contact us anytime with questions.
1) Who we are and scope
This Privacy Policy applies to information collected through the Site and any related pages where it appears. It does not cover information collected offline in the course of a client relationship. For our clients, we also provide a separate Regulation S‑P (GLBA) Privacy Notice that explains how we safeguard non‑public personal information in connection with the advisory services we provide.
2) Information we collect
We may collect the following categories of information:
- Information you provide directly: name, email address, phone number, company, and any message content you submit via forms (e.g., “Contact Us,” event registrations, downloads, or newsletter sign‑ups).
- Scheduling information: if you book time with us through a scheduling tool (e.g., Calendly), we may receive your name, email, and meeting details.
- Email preferences: if you subscribe to our newsletter or updates, we collect your email address and engagement data (e.g., opens and link clicks) to improve our communications.
- Usage data: IP address, device and browser type, pages viewed, time on page, and referral source—typically collected via cookies and similar technologies (see Section 4).
We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal information via the Site (e.g., Social Security numbers, financial account numbers, health information). Please do not submit sensitive information through website forms.
3) How we use information
We use information to:
- Operate, maintain, and improve the Site;
- Respond to inquiries and provide requested information;
- Analyze Site usage and performance;
- Send newsletters or updates if you opt in (you can unsubscribe at any time);
- Preserve the security of the Site and comply with applicable law.
We do not sell your personal information.
4) Cookies and similar technologies
The Site uses cookies and similar technologies to remember preferences and understand how visitors use our pages. You can control cookies through your browser settings and, where available, our cookie banner. Disabling cookies may impact your Site experience.
Google Analytics
We use Google Analytics to understand Site usage and improve performance. Google Analytics sets cookies on your device; it does not provide us with your name or direct identifiers. You can learn more at Google’s Privacy Policy and use the Google Analytics Opt‑out Browser Add‑on if you prefer not to be measured.
5) Email communications and newsletter
If you join our mailing list, we will send occasional updates about content, events, and services. Our email service provider may track opens, clicks, forwarding, and time/date of activity so we can improve future communications. You can unsubscribe at any time by using the link included in our emails.
6) Forms, downloads and third‑party tools
From time to time, the Site may host forms, downloads, or interactive tools (e.g., Typeform, HubSpot forms, scheduling tools). When you use those services, the information you submit may be processed by the relevant provider subject to its privacy policy. We select reputable providers and configure privacy‑protective settings when possible.
7) Disclosing information to others
We may share information with trusted service providers who help us operate the Site, send emails, or perform analytics. These service providers may access your information only to perform services for us and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes. We may also disclose information if required by law, to preserve our rights, or to investigate potential violations.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your email with third parties for their independent marketing.
8) Data retention
We retain personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this policy unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law. When information is no longer needed, we take reasonable steps to delete or de-identify it.
9) Security
We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to preserve personal information. No method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please use discretion when submitting information online.
10) Your choices and rights
- Cookies: manage cookies via your browser and, where available, our cookie banner.
- Emails: use the unsubscribe link in any email from us.
- Access/Deletion: you can request access to or deletion of personal information we hold about you by contacting us (see Section 15). We will respond as required by applicable law.
11) California residents (CPRA)
If you are a California resident, you may have rights under the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), including the right to know, delete, and correct certain personal information we maintain about you, and to opt out of certain sharing. We do not sell personal information. To exercise your rights, contact us (Section 15). We will verify your request consistent with applicable law.
12) Nevada, Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut and Utah residents
Applicable state privacy laws may provide additional rights (e.g., to access, delete, or opt out of targeted advertising). To exercise such rights, contact us (Section 15).
13) Do Not Track
Some browsers offer a “Do Not Track” (DNT) signal. Because there is no universally accepted standard for DNT, our Site does not currently respond to DNT signals.
14) Children’s privacy
The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.
15) Third‑party links and social media
The Site may include links to external websites or social platforms. We believe these resources are useful, but clicking external links is at your own discretion and risk. Each third‑party site has its own terms and privacy practices, which we do not control. We encourage you to review them before sharing information. We will never request sensitive information via social media.
Shortened URLs: If we ever publish shortened URLs (e.g., on social media), please use caution as such links can be susceptible to misuse by third parties. We cannot be liable for damages or implications caused by visiting any shortened or external links.
16) Separate client privacy notice (Reg S‑P)
If you become a client of Morrison Nordmann, you will receive our GLBA/Reg S‑P Privacy Notice describing how we handle nonpublic personal information in the context of our advisory relationship. That notice governs in the event of any conflict with this website Privacy Policy.
17) Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the most recent changes. Material updates will be posted on this page.
